It is always a pleasure to bring my car into Blackshaws. The staff are very polite from the girls on the desk, the Salesmen and on ocassions when I have had a lift in the courtesy car. The car was finished it's MOT and service on time and when i collected my car it looked like new. It is worth the journey from Blyth knowing the work if required will be done efficiently and that gives me every confidence in your workforce. Well Done!!

The service I received from Blackshaws was excellent. I phoned up to enquire about winter tyres and within 24 hours I had them on my car. It is also a bonus to get car back nice and clean. Customer service in Blackshaws is excellent and will be using again and would recommend to family and friends.

I've been with Blackshaws many years and I am more than happy with the service I get. I can rest knowing when I get an MOT or service if I need parts the job will be done correctly. Unlike some places where I've paid for work and it has not been done. Blackshaws provide a great service and all the staff I've met are helpful and polite. A well run family concern.

Have had service work done at other dealerships in the past and found you to be much more superior and professional. The small things that make all the difference are for example - Pads removed, cleaned, lubed and refitted. Rear shoes adjusted Handbrake adjusted. Washed inside and out.
